Commitment of the Board of Directors and All Employees:

1. Communicate this policy through all possible means to every employee in the company and relevant stakeholders to ensure full understanding and implementation.

2. Commit to providing all necessary resources, conducting regular training and coaching to enhance professional expertise and management systems related to quality, safety, and environment.

3. Manufacture and develop packaging products with increasing quality and reliability, in compliance with legal requirements, and regularly review and evaluate opportunities for improvement.

4. Ensure the provision of products and services that are stable in quality, reasonably priced, promptly delivered, and convenient in payment, without causing environmental pollution.

5. Improve the working environment, ensuring activities are carried out based on principles of prevention and minimization of harm to people, property, natural resources, and negative environmental impacts. Comply with legal regulations and other requirements related to occupational safety and environmental aspects of the enterprise.

6. Regularly update information, adopt new technologies, improve management systems, and enhance services to meet customer expectations.

7. Continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
